With a background in theatre, dance, and yoga, movement has always been my language, my curiosity, my passion. Trained in contemporary dance and as a somatic movement practitioner, I love guiding others through embodied practices that invite play, discovery, and creation. Through this toolkit, I help students reconnect with their instinctive, primal movement—finding ease in grounding, fluidity in flow, and confidence in their own body’s intelligence.
The integrative yoga and movement practice I teach fuses vinyasa flow, movement meditation, free-form dance, and pilates. I am grateful to Shiva Rea and Fred Busch for being my two most important guides on my journey in the world of yoga. My vision is to create a program where yoga, somatics, dance, and art therapy meet in one enchanting place in the heart of nature.
