Welcome to my art space!
It is indeed a blessing and an honour to be able to share the fruits of my painting meditation practice. As I was going through challenging times in my personal life, I needed space to unwind and ground myself. For the first time ever, I had the privilege to allow myself endless hours of experimentation and play. No goals, no expectations, only the pure joy of applying colors, and getting lost in the Flow.

In most cases, I did not have a plan, or a specific motive in mind, all paintings started with one single curve, which eventually evolved like a continuum concept into something more… This practice brought me peace and joy, and it taught me patience. It helped me connect to my inner child, that needed time, love, and care. Thus it is my wish to inspire other seekers on the path of art therapy to grab a canvas and apply that first curve… Next time we meet on our yoga and dance retreat, we can also create something together!

My mother was a painter, but she never taught me to paint, we parted ways when I was only eight. When my kids were bigger I asked her why she never took effort in teaching me technique during the summers we spent together… she told me that real art is pure, it doesn’t have a technique, it doesn’t follow rules, but it comes from the heart, it is an expression of the soul, that craves connection, it craves a channel through which it can express itself. I know now, how art can be a practice of self love, because it indeed takes self love to allow ourselves space and time to create. We all have busy lives, work, children, commitments, I know that very well, but deep inside we are also children, children that need time to play!
