Break-up Recovery Sanctuary – Get Back on Your Feet!

Break-up can be a devastating experience, and the feeling of grief and pain can become unbearable for many of us. Do you feel that time and talk-therapies did not work enough? Do you feel like you can’t take it any longer? Are you in pain? I am here to help. I believe that healing from heartbreak must happen through an embodied approach. Our minds are so connected to our bodies, that our cells will store and retain all the pain and heavy emotions. Thus, deep healing and release should happen through movement, breath, and sound.

I invite you to join me on this journey of healing and self-discovery to release energy blockages from your body and to discover all the vast possibilities your body can do to make yourself feel better soon! Through a series of movement practices, such as shaking, and trance dance we will shift our bodies and our minds into a state of joyful flow. Through the power of a special breathing-movement meditation, we will clear excess stress and negative vibrations from the body. Through vocalization, we will explore liberating tools that calm our bodies from the inside out.  I will share with you a gentle heart-opening yoga flow that will bring you a sense of joy and release, and as a special gift, you will also receive a self-love guided meditation that you can listen to as often as you can, and a guided empowerment journal.

About your guide

Karin has over ten years of experience teaching elemental vinyasa yoga, trance dance, and mantra meditation guiding her students in their journey of self-discovery. She is a certified yoga instructor, a bachelor in contemporary dance, and a somatic movement practitioner. It is her passion to share her embodied toolkit of self-discovery with you, so you can live a fuller and more inspired life.
