Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga offers a complete release, a gentle melting that moves through the body like a warm wave. With every inhale and exhale, the breath leads, and the body follows, firm yet fluid, turning each movement into meditation, each pause into presence. The practice becomes a living ritual, a dance of the soul that unfolds slowly, allowing tension to soften and energy to awaken. In this flow, the body and spirit meet, the breath and motion intertwine, and you find a space to return to yourself, to feel, to simply be. It is a joy and a privilege to share this moving ritual with you.

HeartFlow Vinyasa Yoga
This heart-opening Vinyasa flow weaves breath and movement into a living rhythm—each inhale expanding possibility, each exhale melting away what no longer needs to be held. As you move, tension dissolves like morning mist, and the breath begins to deepen, naturally, effortlessly… guiding you home. Through fluid, wave-like transitions, your spine awakens, your shoulders begin to bloom open, and strength, courage, and love rises gently from within.

EarthFlow Vinyasa Yoga
EarthFlow is a return to your roots—a grounding, breath-led journey back into the body. Through slow, fluid movement, the pelvis and core gently awaken, while the hips begin to open and soften. Inner thighs lengthen, creating space and freedom, preparing the body to move with both stability and ease. Gentle sequences invite you to linger and release, melting deeper with each breath. As the flow builds, energy rises—awakening a powerful, grounded strength within you. This is EarthFlow—rooted, open, and deeply embodied.

Sahaja Movement Flow
Free-flow movement accross the earth

“Sahaja” means spontaneous or effortless. It is a natural, effortless flow of movement, a way to let the body express itself from a deeply grounded place, like a meditative dance, where your senses and breath lead you as you roll, sway, and connect to the earth. You let movements arise naturally as your awareness deepens. One can practice Sahaja both laying on the round or standing, I love to combine it with the teachings of contact floor work, fusing it into a beautiful embodied movement practice.
Root and Flow
Embodied Elemental Dance

We begin in stillness—arriving, listening, gently meeting ourselves.
Through grounding, somatic movement, awareness drops into the body… and the dance begins to unfold. Soft waves and spirals awaken the body, loosening into gentle shaking and intuitive release. The rhythm builds, and a quiet fire begins to rise within. Drums pulse—steady, primal—guiding the movement into something more expansive, more alive.
Then the space softens… flute melodies carrying you into fluid, effortless motion, where the body moves like water—free, intuitive, uncontained. Lightness begins to enter. The breath opens, the body softens, and you find yourself moving with ease… spacious, aware, connected. This is not just dance—it is a return to flow, to freedom, to feeling fully alive.
Meditation
Often, the challenge with meditation does not begin in the mind—but in the body.
When the body feels tight, the breath uneven, and the mind restless, stillness can feel distant. So we begin gently… with movement. Soft, flowing sequences and grounding postures invite tension to melt from the back, the arms, the neck—unwinding the day, breath by breath. As warmth begins to spread through the body, the breath becomes steadier, fuller… more alive. From here, pranayama arises naturally—subtle breathing practices that quiet the noise of the mind and create space. Then, without force, meditation begins to unfold. Not as something to achieve, but as something you ease into. We close in connection—sharing a warm cup of tea, soft conversation, and the quiet comfort of being among like-minded souls. A gentle landing. A return.
Prenatal Yoga
Prepare your body and mind for the journey of birth with these nurturing prenatal sessions. Childbirth calls for release, stamina, and deep, steady focus—and through gentle, breath-led movement, yoga supports you in meeting it all with more ease and trust. Each practice is an invitation to connect more deeply with your body, your breath, and the life growing within you. Guided by Karin Heller—a certified yoga teacher and mother of three—these sessions are shaped by both experience and care, offering practices that support a healthier, more connected, and more joyful pregnancy.
Her classes weave together flowing, breath-coordinated sequences, gentle strengthening, and moments of stillness. Empowering affirmations and guided birth meditations softly prepare the mind, while the body opens, strengthens, and learns to trust its own rhythm. Elements of prenatal Pilates are also integrated, with supportive exercises for the lower back—helping to create stability, ease discomfort, and build resilience where it’s most needed.
Pilates
Step into a Pilates practice that feels both uplifting and supportive—a space where strength is built with ease, and movement becomes something you enjoy. Through controlled, intentional exercises, the body begins to tone and lengthen—abs gently drawing in, legs strengthening, the back becoming more supported and alive. Flexibility grows with strength, creating that feeling of long, lean muscles and effortless posture… as if the body is lifting and aligning from within. At the heart of Pilates is the core—the powerhouse of your body. The abdomen, obliques, lower back, and thighs all work together, building a foundation of stability and control. From this center, everything else becomes lighter, more coordinated, more balanced. This practice develops what the body truly needs: strength, flexibility, endurance, and awareness—while remaining gentle on the joints, with a lower risk of strain or injury.
