Karin’s YOGAFLOW combines VINYASA yoga and Pilates inspired sequences creating an empowering flowing yoga practice that lengthens and strengthens muscles at the same time.
The dynamic sequences link BREATH and movement, building internal heat that opens the physical body for transformation, and stillness in the mind. The classes are good for physically active beginners and intermediate level practitioners. The lessons end with guided relaxation and mantras.
