Private Yoga sessions are the perfect option for beginners, for busy mums, or anyone
with special requirements such as an injury. In a private lesson all attention is on your
personal practice and the sequence is adjusted to fit your individual needs. Karin has
experience working with clients with neck and lower back pain, and with knee and
shoulder injury; Yoga breathing practices and guided relaxation are also methods
that Karin uses to help her students with anxiety and stress.
